Cancellation by You

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee as stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation by Us
We may need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases we will notify you and offer a new date or a full refund.
Refunds
If you have already paid and we cancel the packing or unpacking service, we will refund the full amount. If you cancel in accordance with our cancellation terms, we will process the refund within a reasonable period. Refunds are made using the same method of payment when possible.
